Occupy-To-Own Program

Credit Coach will help you get on track with your credit and TAC Properties Solutions will find a home for you that meet your specific price range, and amenities. Once you've completed the pre-approval process with Credit Coach, you will be given a certificate of pre-approval that is issued to TAC Properties Solutions, and allows you to then move into a home of your choosing, and sign TAC Properties Solutions Occupy-to-Own agreement.
